My therapist has been telling me that I need to improve my language. That I should communicate my thoughts with more nuance and avoid convenient lies, however small.
I find this ironic as a writer and an artist. That, still, my language is weak.
Another thought on my mind is unity. Sitting outside on a work break the sounds of everything begin to blend into one. And I feel at peace. I think about [monotropism](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Monotropism), and how it's easier and more pleasant to enter a flow state when everything is viewed as a single stream. I know this will be important for my film directing work, or for any other work involving a complete artistic vision. Practicing the skill of dissolving individual sounds and colours into a single picture. Mindfulness.
*You tell me to stay when I'm in your arms,*
*Mystifying that feeling beyond lust,*
*maybe just crush me into dust,*
*instead of teasing me with naive charms.*
*…Challo, naadani bhi humaara haq hain*
